I didnt think it was possible but i guess theres alot of people that have done it i guess F23+H22 cylinder head= Torque monster

Welcome to the forum! That head install does look pretty sweet but I'd imagine it's a tad spendy too.... it looks like fun to do.... What kind of car do you have?

 

Yes, it's possible and obviously been done. This is not a bolt-on affair though. Pricey if you have to pay someone to do it, cheap if done yourself. There's technical changes that will occur in your engine that you may want to be aware of before planning for future mods, deck heights, compression, etc, will change. Also parts from 3-4 different engines.
