I'm gonna be honest if your too lazy to search I'm gonna be lazy to answer. Come on dude for real? help yourself out and just search. You can't expect us to help you if you won't even help yourself out.
Sorry to come off as a A HOLE but you need to research...we aren’t gonna do all the leg work for ya.
Now if you do some searching and have some questions about things I will be more than happy to help you out. But you have to do some of the work too.

bisi cams/rods and pistons
say away from pulleys unless you like replacing your main bearings all the time.

They would have to be balanced. If not you would not have the same compression ratios across the board

i think we are talking about different things.

balanced as in noise, vibration, and harshness NVH.

being unbalanced as in having a wobble and destroying main and cap bearings.

if a crankshaft is so unbalanced it is throwing off compression, that engine is toast.

No we are talking about the same thing. If the c/r is way off then yes its toast. But your c/r can be off by 1 or 2 points here and there. Also will cause the vibration and eating up your bearings.
