Default Finally want to repair my 95 Accord

well i've been putting this problem off for a while

Problem: After my 95 accord (automatic) warms up and driving about it acts fine. but when i stop at a light, the car beging to stall out and will do so in about a second or two from when the rpm start to drop from 800rpm till it dies and i have to throw in in neutral and start it up again. also my rpm guage works but my speedo does not work and my D1 light blinks all the time.

What i've been doing about it: When ever i stop at a light i pop it in neutral till the light turns green and drive off like normal

Problem started when: my second transmission went out on the car so i went ahead and replaced it and this is when it started. So this is my only problem. the transmission works great other than that.

PLEASE HELP >>>>>THANX >>>>>>ERIC

is there a pattern to the light? I.E. 4 blinks, long pause 2 blinks, short pause (repeat)? My guess would be one of your transmission sensors... did you connect the throttle cable to your tranny? Look in there for anything that's not connected and let us know...

Check the fluid level, that problem can be caused by low fluid in some transmissions.

your broken VSS has to be making most of the problems your experiencing. maybe that and a little twist counterclockwise on the screw thats on top of the throttle body and your days of needing to put it in neutral will be over.
