G swap

G swap
Im thinking about doing a g swap on my car. What would I need to do to accomplish this? Also, I heard that if I replace my intake manifold with one from an H22 or H23 I can get a lil more horsepower rather then doing the whole swap. What would you guys go with? How much gains can I see doing both?
Oh by the way I want to do the easiest way possible without worrying about the ecu and all that. Thanks for u guys' advise!

Here's a link to an entire G23 swap: https://www.hondaaccordforum.com/m_86326/tm.htm
It takes a lot more than just the head and the intake manifold.
