been done 1000s of times, I personally have done it.
Parts to get from 92-95 prelude:
- Radiator Hoses (upper and lower)
- Heater Hoses (drivers & passenger side)
- Fuel rail (US spec only!)
- Header
- Cat. Converter **
- P13 ECU

OTHER PARTS TO GET

- 97+ H22 P/S bracket:: why? b/c it makes the accord p/s pump a bolt-up
- A/C & Alternator custom length belt
- Power steering custom length belt - Custom throttle cable bracket (basically a 1x8" slab of strong metal you can drill holes through)
- Skunk2 OBDI to OBDII conversion harness :: why? b/c interior harness wont plug into OBDI ECU otherwise.
- HASport drivers side engine mount :: why? b/c this makes mounting a complete bolt-on
- HASport Harness Conversion Service - Stock Accord engine harness + JDM H22 harness + wired by HASport
- Civic Si 99-00 distributor cap + rotor :: why? b/c the JDM H22 is internal coil & US H22 is external

PARTS YOU SHOULD GET

- 94-97 Accord Aluminum radiator :: why? b/c plastic radiators SUCK.
- 92-95 H22 Cam seal :: why? b/c the factory one is leak prone (there was a recall on this)
- 92-95 H22 Spark plugs :: why? b/c you need a tune up on the new/used motor
- 92-95 H22 Spark plug wires :: why? " " " " " ..
- 92-95 H22 Clutch :: why? b/c you get it done now .. and you dont worry about it for a while.
- 92-95 H22 Flywheel :: why? " " " " " " " " ..
- 92-95 H22 Mugen Thermostat :: why? b/c it will run the engine cooler (fan switch req.)
- 92-95 H22 Fan switch :: why? b/c it turns on the fan at the new Mugen thermo temp
- 92-95 H22 throttle body gasket :: why? b/c youll need a new gasket.
- 92-95 H22 Oil Filter (K&N) :: why? b/c you need a tune up
- 92-95 H22 Oil pan :: only if your used one is dented.
- 92-95 H22 Oil pan gasket :: b/c you should change as many old gaskets as possible
- 92-95 H22 Valve cover :: why? b/c the used one is usually pretty roughed up
- 92-95 H22 Valve cover gasket :: why? b/c you should change as many gaskets as possible
- 92-95 H22 water pump :: Why? b/c its easier w. the motor out & its better to be safe than sorry
- 92-95 H22 Timing belt and balancer belt (Genuine Honda &/or GReddy) :: why? b/c "" "" " " " "
- 92-95 H23 manual timing belt tension set-up :: why? b/c H22 uses faulty 'auto' set-up.

or just google h22 accord swap guide.

Correct your transmission and everything will work. The Prelude ones are geared a bit better and some come with an LSD. But if you wanted to keep yours that would work.
