Default h22 swap questions

I'm a little confused, if all the Preludes came with cruise control, why wouldn't an h22 work with the accord's cruise? does anyone know how the cruise is set up on either the 96, or 97 'lude? I'm looking a doin a swap, but I don't want to give up c/c, nor do I want to be stuck with an asthmatic h22. Something else, if I get an engine/tranny/ecu that is obd 1, and the engine has an "uncut" harness, could I drop that in (only costs $2k less to do the older one with 20 less ponies)

you can easily get the cruise on your accord to work with the h22. that should really be the last of your worries though. it is best to use an obd1 setup, it will work perfectly with your car.

that's what I thought, just wanted a second opinion on that, u know things tend to look easy...
Either way, as far as the cruise, I'm a leadfoot, I need all the help I can get on the highway, lol. I just keep reading different notes on the swaps, and they say it won't hook up to the h22's intake. do you know anyone who has done this swap? also read about having to switch some of the pins on the harness to work with the accord, using an h22 ecu, I shouldn't have to worry about that, eh? These probly are some rookie q's, but hey that's where I'm at.[8D]
