i have an 89 accord lxi will the h23 prelude engine fit with out any modifications?

i talked to him and he said a good bit of modification but it could be done.

the 89 lxi has an a20a3
the f22 goes to a 5th gen cord (maybe more, that's just what I know for sure on it)
the h22 went with the lude
