Default h23 head on f22 block

How much would it cost to get this set up running? Would i need to get it tuned and if so how much do you all think that would be? and would i need a new ECU?

i think either an f20b or f22b would be better, and the f22b meaning the 1992-1996 Honda Prelude Si engine but for your question the answer is http://www.honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=776837 or at least the closest i can get your answer to it
