h23a3 head on a f22b2 block?

h23a3 head on a f22b2 block?
I have a 94 accord with an f22b2 non vtec. Wanting to put a dohc on it and have access to a h23a3 head I believe... anyone know if this will work?... and if so a parts list? Also I believe my car is obd2?... what about the h23?... will I need a diff ecu? Anything will help! New to honda performance..
