I have a 1999 accord I just bought the head was off and needed to be repaired. Well I have gotten every thing back to gather and found a part in trunk that I think has some thing to do with belts or timming belt. It has 1 hole in it for looks like a 10mm head bolt and it is like half of the moon shaped. Does any one have any ideas what this part is? It is a 2.3.

Yes, that is why it's in the fuse/relay box. Look at cover for guidance on which relay. May have to pull and go to AZ to match. Many relays are similar or identical. Last resort go to Honda.
