How much HP can stock internals take on an 03 V6?

How much can the 03 V6 hold up safely on the stock motor before it blows? Are the 4 cylinders in these cars tougher?

the V6 can take a ton of power, only the tranny sucks.

I'd say probably somewhere around 400hp.
