Just got a new engine in my 2003 Honda accord.

Due to my hydro lock incident, the water got into the iac and was no longer working. I had a new one installed with new gaskit but I'm still having some idle problems going between 1,000-1,500 rpms.

Do I have to re teach the ECU or something to get the iac to idle normal again?

 

I think the idle "learning" procedure is different beginning 2003. See if I can look something up.
