Default just swapped, but no go

I have a 92 EX with F22A6 and i just swapped out for the same motor but slightly less miles because my genius self blew out my original. Anyway, i got the new one all hooked up and everything, but when i go to crank it over, it cranks, but won't start. All of the typical lights come on except for the check engine light (which usually comes on, associated with a click after 2 seconds). Neither the light nor the click happen. Any ideas?

Checked fuses? Did you reconnect the ground wire on the t-stat housing?

all grounds, harnesses, etc. appear to be reconnected, even my car's original wire harness moved to the new engine.

You need to make sure you're getting spark and fuel. I would check for a spark first. If you don't have any spark, there's probably something not plugged in. If you have a good spark, then you need to make sure the fuel system is working. There's a few ways to check each system and we can be of help if you need help diagnosing them.

I'm sure it's just a minor thing you overlooked. When you're doing something like a motor swap it's sometimes easy to overlook a wire or two not getting connected but you'll find it.

make sure that fuel pump is not coming on, turn the key like you said and loosen the banjo bolt on the fuel rail. if fuel doesnt come out then you know thats the problem problem.

start with the ignition and work to the main relay, then work to the fuel pump.

if the fuel pump is getting power but isnt working, then you know the fuel pump is bad. if the fuel pump isnt getting power it could be the relay. but i bet its something simpler like a ground not attached or a fuse.

if the chk engine lote does not lite up when you turn the key on, the car will not start........

i would have to agree with the guys suggesting that you got something not connected.........chk the main ecu ground wire at t-stat housing like CHIO suggested ..and the fuses as well maybe you accidentaly blew a fuse
