Default K swap trsns

I have a 95 accord manual 5 speed, I am swapping a k24a1 block with k20a2 head in looking to make 500whp, do I need a new transmission as well, if so what are some good options, I believe I've read that swapping a 6 speed lsd trans is best option thanks for any help

You absolutely have to swap the transmission because you'll find the engine spins the opposite direction to the F-series that came with the car. That's why the Accord engine (prior to 2003) is in the opposite side of the engine bay compared to nearly every other car.

You'll probably do a lot of custom fabrication because the car's structure won't be in the right places for the engine mounts. And I'm not sure about finding axles that will work with the 1995 suspension.
