low idle

Default low idle
its a 91 honda accord lx w/2.2 L miles 331,000 a/t .........some days the idle seems to be low on the tech but it runs good .......also would like to know what mark do i use on the bellhousing there are 3 marks just not sure whitch one when setting the timing on it
