Default Misfiring Code P1399

Long story short my 2000 SE had some issues and the timing belt snapped while I was driving. I installed new belts and once I fixed the other issues I cranked it up but now its running rough and misfiring. Overall I just replaced both timing belts, distributor, plugs and wires, and the crankshaft sensor. My next step is valve adjustment but I was wondering if anyone else might have recommendations on what might be wrong. Although it was my first time I am fairly confident that I installed the timing belt correctly, at most I would say thay it could only be off by 1 tooth, but I don't think that it would have this big of an impact.

Thanks for your help!
