Default miss fire

ok so recently when i drive my car and it warms up and i get where im going and it sits for about 30mins or more and i start it up to leave and i try to get on it, it bogs and back fires. i had a leaking valve cover and all the other seals that go along with it. i replaced the plugs with autolite platiums and after i did all that the car ran fine for a couple days now it back to doing it again. i didnt place the wires because i did that last oct. i also noticed that if i let the car run for a couple mins before i leave it doesnt do it. does anyone know what the problem is? and also yesterday i went to turn around in the driveway and stalled it, and it was giving me problems starting back up it wanted to fire but just kept cranking and if it did fire it would bog and die out, i finally got it started by hold the gas down whats up with that? im thinking fuel filter but im not sure

Fuel filter usually causes problems at high speed & high load, where the engine uses more fuel.
