Motor reads f22b?
Hey I was looking up on wikipedia and it says that the jdm f22b2 motor was marked just as f22b. My engine reads f22b where the tranny meets. So is wikipedia true and I have a jdm engine?? thanks

wickapeda is dumb. There are other JDM f22b1/2 engines. But the B.A f22b is DOHC head...looks just like a h23 engine...and pretty much is. I'm sure you don't have a JDM f22b DOHC unless it was swapped...take a pic of your engine bay and I tell you for sure...But I put my money on it's not

JDM doesn't mean it's built in Japan. It means it's built FOR Japan. With equipment that's required by the Japanese version of DOT.
Some USDM cars are made in Japan. There's even JDM cars built in Ohio.
Is the steering wheel on the right side of the car?

That's a US-DOT conformance sticker. That's a USDM car made in Japan. If it was a JDM car (including a JDM car made in USA) it would have the steering wheel on the right, & the emmissions conformance sticker would probably be printed in Japanese. Maybe the speedometer would read KPH and the remote-lock fobs wouldn't have an FCC sticker.
It's been 16 years since 1994 - plenty of time for someone to swap engines. Or the number wore off.
