Temp Normal, Gauge Reads Too Low
99 Accord, 135k mi. "CarChip" says coolant temp is 190F, but dashboard temp gauge never gets above 3 divisions -- used to be about 1/3 - 1/2 up. Why?
Changed thermostat 6 mo ago, worked fine. Just had timing belt & water pump (& radiator) changed.
