do anyone know wut cases the idle to go up and down when the car is in park?

used to happen to my car when it was cold but it was because one of my vacuum lines wastn capped off from when i put my intake in( i think) lol

could be many things your oxygen sensor or also could have to do with gaslines i'd cehck the 02 sensor first....
