Default new sparkplugs a good tune?

Hey everybody I just got an 87 accord. Saw some dirty sparkplugs and filter. Replaced filter, of course that's good for engine, but would new sparkplugs do a whole lot? My car is 130k miles old.

Hell yeah new plugs are always good. Check your wires and distributor cap too.

Yeah it got a new timing belt, oil filter, brake pads, brake rotor, water pump, belt tensioner, rear wheel cylinder.

I put in a new air filter myself and added some engine oil, was pretty low and little dirty.

What is a driving belt, fuel filter, and distributor rotor?
