Default p1738 code 2002 accord

hello, i have a 2002 honda accord the transmission was rebuilt back in august 2015 due to hard shifts/jerk...now i got the check engine light code is p1738. Warranty does not cover this light as the kit that was used to rebuild the transmission did not include this. I have removed the light several times but it keeps coming back with the same code. It seems like this is a second clutch pressure switch problem. Just to point out the car drives perfectly after the transmission build and i have not noticed any thing except for this code. Also before the transmission rebuild i was also getting the check engine light but can't remember what the code was. Now my main question is what problems will i have if i do not repair this and is there any symptoms i should be looking at?

P1738 is an electrical fault in the 2nd clutch pressure switch circuit. Fault is a short/open in the wiring, faulty pressure switch, or faulty ECM.

If you are not experiencing any symptoms, I don't see any harm in continuing to operate w/ P1738.

However, the problem should be fairly easy to resolve since it does not involve an internal trans fault.

good luck
