Default 2002 honda accord lx p1457 trouble code

I have the dreaded p1457 trouble code. cleared code, comes back in 24 hours. The fuel vapor canister holds a vaccum. can hear air escaping by removing the line off the canister. Next question where is the purge solenoid and the vent solenoid? its a 4 cylinder. runs fine except for that light.

here's a location photo.

the testing is fairly extensive for this particular code, but there are a couple of bulletins pointing at the evap bypass valve.

do i have to drop the fuel tank to get to the vent solenoid ? would you change the purge valve also? what is the round tank on the passengers firewall? I thought was the canister. is that the purge valve mounted just above it on the firewall?
