Ask him for an in depth explanation of how it hurts your engine.

He said with more air intake the pistons can get to higher temperature with more material burningper square inch. He says it will build up heat with more warm air under the hood

Right...........first of all, in all honesty, intakes make very minimal difference in power. I am real curious to do a dyno run with one and without, maybe next time I am over to the dyno.

LOL, this is too funny. It's filtered air in a shiny tube.

Exactly why I haven't wasted money on one yet. Why waste yours on a dyno run.... unless they let you do it free?

prob not free, but cheap, since I will already be giving them a lot of money. And I just want to put the debate to bed.

Its proven that they make power, the same issue of Import Tuner? with the g23 build has the Evo X article when they dyno each bolt on. On our engines though, they're pretty much useless.

Yeah, then when every one asks about them 4 times a week we can just copy and paste the dyno sheets and be over and done with it.

too bad I won't have them for a year, if I do even get them lol. Maybe the local subi club will have another dyno day and I could get it for cheap.
