Default Please help me find anywhere in Europe this wicked "main relay" for Accord Coupe 1994

I own a beautiful Accord Coupe 2.2L IES - 150HP - 1994. Which worked perfectly so far, after I've changed some parts.
But lately, the main relay stopped working after a few rainy days and now I can't start the engine.
The main relay is a ~20$ part, and seen it's produced by Mitsuba relay Japan. Found it on a few websites in Asia, which don't ship in Romania.
Any suggestion where I can buy this in Europe and hopefully have it sent home?

I don't know where you can get one, but how good are you at soldering components on circuit boards?

The normal way for the main relay to fail is cracking solder joints on the back side of the circuit board. (not hot-enough during manufacture) Open the case & use magnification to look at all the pins soldered through the board. Re-melt any that look like they have cracked. Many people have had success by doing that.

Thanks Jim. I forgot to mention I've tried this before, but can't seem to work for some reason.
I've noticed that when I try to start the engine for a couple of tries, the relay is getting hot and smells like gun powder.
This leads me to the idea that this one is gone for good.

They're easy to get here in USA, but you might have the same problem of shipping. I don't understand what's so difficult about shipping a small part like that from anywhere.
