What do you guys think about the hand held programmers for my stock 99 Accord.

I am looking for simple horse power maybe like 15 more and really would like to keep it as stock looking. maybe exhaust

I'm thinking even with a reprogram and an exhaust you'd be lucky to get five horsepower; fifteen just isn't going to happen.

The programmers are kind of a sham on N/A vehicles. They really only make gains on boosted cars.

That is what I thought...Maybe I will do the exhaust and call it good...

Yea, the exhaust and an intake will get you a few HP....but it will sound like more .

Add a full tune up and you should be good to go.
