First question, what year and model?
Your specs are pretty nice. Got a dyno sheet? My biggest question is why the F22B1 head? If I were going to do a head swap I wouldn't swap in an SOHC. I want to get rid of my F22B1 head for something like an H23A. Just curious why you went F22B1.

Everything that has been done to the car was done by the guy who owned it before me. I picked it up for $700
can i swap a h23 head onto it?
the f22b1 head sucks * BUTT * but with spray it would wake up
dont have the dyno sheet
93 accord ex 94 motor

That's a nice price considering what's gone into it.
I'm pretty sure an H23A1 head should match an F22A1 block. It matches the F22B1 block well, and since you've got an F22B1 head on there I don't see why that and H23A1 wouldn't be interchangeable. The F22B1 is pretty stale if you ask me, so if you have the money and time I'd try to find an H23A1 and swap that in. DOHC would be a nice boost, but spray could definitely perk up the F22 when you want it to. Hows the mileage?
Did you get the HP and TQ numbers from the seller? If so there's really no way to tell if he's right.

It is a great start, of course with the Bisimoto nitrous camshaft it will very effient when you have the spray on. You will pick up a lot of power with your setup!

As for head's the F22a head has much better flow characteristics over the F22b head as well even better than the H23. We have done much experimenting with many H and F series heads and got best results with the F22a head with our custom grind camshaft and porting which has yielded nearly 500whp naturally aspirated in the Bisimoto pro-allmotor Honda Insight!

Its not bad, but if I were going to build a F22 it would be for turbo.

if you do a head swap go for a f22a head. The h23 head would work with a bit of work and makes the engine less reliable. The f22a head has a much better flow than your f22b head. Also bismoto has some sick cams for the f22a heads. With a little bit of head work and a h23 intake manifold swap and a bisimoto f22a header you will have a beast of a f22 engine without the nitrous you could get close 200hp with the type of c/r you have. Also nitrous loves high compression.
But I also do agree with Cam for the price of f22 blocks I would just turbo. But you are already started on the all motor road since you have high c/r pistons.

so ive decided to just go N/A and have a quick daily driver. Now that nitrous cam has to go, question is do i replace it with the F22a6 cam or the delta 272 cam?
im not gonna swap heads bc the head has already been ported, so it flows damn near close to the f22a head.

i think im going with the f22a6 cam, it sits a little higher, but a longer timing belt should solve that, along with a good tune. or am i mistaken?

why would you need a longer timing belt? The timing belt goes around the cam gear not the camshaft itself. If you have the money go with a bisimoto regrind cam.
