S light in dash turns on and blinks- not on all the time - it will also shut off completely when I shut off the car and turn it back on. 1990 Honda Accord EX last 8 of vin are LA031867 (not sure if that would help with diagnosis).

I do notice a tiny bit of slippage with the transmission that wasn’t there before this light started to come on every other time I drive the car. It first turned on when I drove it on the freeway up to 75 mph.
