1990 Accord with 7 flashes to the dash light

I need to know what it means when the dash light flashes 7 times. Can anyone tell me? It is on a 1990 Accord DX.

What dash light, Check Engine, Alternator, Oil Pressure?

Have you shorted the Service Check Connector to access stored codes?
