Why you say ? Well they have functionality also such as better insulating capabilities, they can withstand heat, cold , vibration and fuel and oil vapor better than your rubber insulated wires.
IMPORTANT NOTE!
Replace one spark wire at a time. This way if you mess up the order of where each wire goes, you'll BE SORRY!!
