Thoughts? concerns? love it? hate it?

Not really looking for a technical explanation of what the thing does, I am aware that it does not increase trq or hp, was just wondering if anybody here had good/bad experiences with it. I have the 8th gen and no chip/software remap available so I was possibly looking to this for the intermittent.

Thanks king. I did read that one. I was just wondering if anyone on here was rocking one. I did a search and nothing came up so I figured I would ask. I am actually thinking about getting the V1 only because it’s on clearance on the SB site, $259 shipped. I figured $259 versus $329 to test it out would be worth it. I wanted to buy a used one but can’t find them anywhere, so I guess that’s a sign that the buyers like them if they are holding onto them. Anyway, I figure worst case I pay $259, and if I don’t like it I can always eBay it or even hondaaccordforum it lol and shouldn’t lose more than a bill……

Well you got to think... If you just go ahead and but the V2, then you wont be out as much money, if you decide you dont like it... The initial cost is a little more(70 dollars), but you will get more money out of the v2 if you decide to sell it, because it is still the newest version, and people will pay closer to full price for one... Just keep the box and all the instruc. Also most people prefer the V2 over the V1 anyways for its adjustability, so 70 more dollars for the initial cost isnt such a bad idea... Just my .02

Good point….well I take a leap of faith and went with the V1 for $259 shipped, tax, tags, title.
Anyway, I am very glad I did because I really never, ever see returning this thing. It’s not too touchy that I feel I would need a selectable. And the fact that it took me 10 minutes to install (8 minutes to position my 300 pound body and 2 minutes to unsnap and snap) I will remove if needed in the winter and/or dealer service.
All I can really say about this thing is I feel like the car really should have felt this way from the factory. I guess since the accord is targeted at such a large age demographics, they need to “please” everyone. Anyway, I am happy and would do it again….

Hey,
I bought mine from tdotperformance.com for $314.99 with free shipping, no customs and stuff. The product is great does exactly what manufactures say, really changed my driving experience. I would suggest getting the newer model though.
