Go with OEM replacement wires unless you're putting a ton of power through them. As for the plugs, I like my NGK Platinum Lasers, but it really depends on what you want to spend. Platinums are $40/set, but you can find others that will keep your car running fine for half that. You should be able to find the replacement numbers for your plugs under the hood and in your owner's manual. It's really about personal choice, you're not really going to notice a performance difference with more expensive plugs unless the ones you have in there now are in really bad shape.

NGK Iridium IX for the f22b1 paired with NGK Wires

A+ setup that will last you a long time

also suggest replacing the distrubutor cap and rotor. most recommend OEM Honda for those two part. i used autozone brand :-/

I agree. Replace it all if it's all original. Make sure you know if your distributor cap is TEC or HITACHI because that's one thing you have to know to replace them.
Haha I used NAPA brand for my cap and rotor
I bought a set of blue NGK wires at the same time as the cap, rotor and plugs that SUPPOSEDLY fit my car but they were too fat. Really ticked me off. What part number did you use for yours and how'd they fit? Mine had to be around a tenth of an inch too large at the top and wouldn't fit even when coaxed with a bit of grease. This is the second set of wires that are a "fit" for my car but have been too large.
