I have a 2017 Accord with a 4 cylinder engine. Wonder what brand you guys are using?

That a question like religion or politics. There's no right or wrong answer & it might just start a really long thread with conflicting opinions.

Make sure you get the right weight - your car probably calls for 0w-20 which seems to be available only in full-synthetic. Change it on schedule, and check the dipstick level regularly between changes and you'll be better off than most drivers on the road.

There's minor differences among oils, but not enough to argue about. People are more likely to damage their engines by allowing the oil LEVEL to get low, especially with longer oilchange intervals.

To add to Jim's comments, the only semi-synthetic 0W-20 I am aware of on the market is branded by Honda. I'm thinking why bother; just go with any 0W-20 full-synthetic on the market (there are many) and you'll be good to go.

Side comment, I've found my two J-Series V6 Honda engines seem to consume a bit more oil during an oil change if I use Mobil 1 0W-20 versus Castrol 0W-20. That said, what I just wrote is very unscientific and has no qualified basis in fact, just my impression.
