Default Timing Belt Kit: Living on borrowed time

Hey all. So... according to the Carfax report on my newly acquired Honda Accord EX 2.3L, the timing belt was last changed at 113,000 miles. The car now has 276,XXX miles. So... if it hasn't been changed since then, I'm sure it's about to go at any time. Are any of the aftermarket timing belt/water pump/tensioners good on eBay? Or go OEM only? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
