Default Timing Belt Tensioner bolt?

02 accord F23A1 4cyl

Okay, so after tearing apart my timing assembly and removing the head, i noticed something.. my timing belt tensioner (not the balance belt one, the one for the main timing belt behind the balance belt) seems to be missing a bolt?? or is there just not one there i should have taken a picture of it.. but basically the part coming off the tensioner towards the front of the car with the elongated slot ... looks like a bolt would go through the slot and into the engine block.. there's nothing there.... is this normal ?

That funny little tab over to the left side of #14?
Pretty sure it's normal. I think it's for locking the tensioner in place ONLY while messing with the balance-shaft belt. It's NOT supposed to have a bolt in there.

okay.. thanks, just making sure.

i am 98% certain nobody has ever had the engine/timing assembly this far apart in it's 96000 miles except me.. just wanted to make sure that there wasn't supposed to be a bolt in there.
