I doubt you'll get 4k. You could try though. When was the timing belt, water pump, oil seals, and drive belts changed last? If recently, that could be a good selling factor.

I actually did the belts when i bought the car, not sure about the other stuff though, i cant sell it below 4k because My loan is 3,800, if i sold for any less id be screwing my self over....I just need to find some mexican that doesnt know about cars but loves euro taillights and loud exhausts lol

Just pay off the loan and look for something nicer. Use the accord as a beater when you get something nicer if you can afford to. Don't bother putting any more money into it besides gas, maint, and ins.
