I currently own a 1994 Honda Accord LX, it has a non V TECH engine, i want to install a V TECH engine.

Has anyone ever done this?
Is it even possible?

It sure is. In fact I'd recommend the H22A swap. It's a VTEC motor with 200 hp and an 8000 RPM redline. You can google it and find tons of info on it since it is common place for accords. You'll need the motor, tranny (recommended at least), ecu, and the proper motor mounts. Very do-able though.

I think he was thinking a few mods involved in making his current engine a vtec. Ive read that some people have done that, but i cant remember what was involved in doing that.

Just do a look around in your area for performace shops that have a garage, and ask them how much to do a swap. And just give them the specs, if you have all the parts you need it will be cheaper for you in the long run, because if the shop has to hunt for the parts that means more of your money.

you can do just a head swap if you want... however if you can afford it the H22 is the way to go... if you want something cheaper search google for f22 head swap
