Hi,

1997 accord f22b2 engine. 87k

i did the rocker arm tower o-ring replacements. took off the tower unsequenced. 1st try back on i torqued it down out of sequence. i had the valve tappets not align. went to the service manual and did it correctly. i replaced the timing belt and water pump.
after reassembly, i got the valves snapping/popping/sticking.
