Default VTEC chip upgrade

I have a 2006 Honda Accord EX with a 2.4 engine and am wondering about upgrading the SFC (Simple Fuel Controller). Does anyone have any suggestions etc on doing this?

I want to get the optimum mpg as possible, extra horse power would just be a bonus.

Thanks

IMO just go get a tune. You will gain more power and better gas millage. Every car manufacture de-tunes every engine just a bit to make them last longer. Slap a intake and maybe exhaust if you like the sounds of them and get a tune you will see a nice gain with better gas millage off that k24.
