I've heard that was the system for block serial numbers. Never had anyone OFFICIAL from Honda confirm it. But years ago I asked people to check, whoever had owned the car since new, and the few people who responded all had numbers that matched that system (along with my own cars).

 

Well it made sense to me and I will go off that info since I have nothing else. Thanks for all your help and input. Hopefully this wont be as bad as what it seems right now.
