Is it worth it to put a cam in a stock F23a4?

Is it worth it to put a cam in a stock F23a4?
I was wondering if it would be worth putting in like a stage 2 cam or something in a F23a4 engine in a 2000 accord coupe. I would be leaving on the stock intake and exhaust to keep it quiet, but would there be any significance or change in hp or because of the same air flow as with stock cam will it not make a difference?
