Default "rehoming" brake sensor?

When i lowered my car I unplugged one the sensor for the ABS. Now my ABS, /!\ , and TCS lights are on. I asked my Honda Tech guy what it possibly could be and he said it probably needs to be "rehomed" anyone know how to do this without having the dealership do it for 90 bucks?

A simple ecu reset won't clear that?

I tried when I put on my CAI, I had the battery out for over 30 minutes. Is there another way I should be trying to reset the ECU?

I know you pull the radio/backup fuse on the 94-02 models, but I am not sure on the 03 and newer.
