Default **HELP** steering wheel vibration

Hello, I have a Honda Accord 03, lx-g model, 2.4 l with 105.000 km on it, automatic . While I am stopped, in drive,my steering wheel vibrates, not a lot, but it is still noticable. same things occur when i put the car in neutral.during driving everything is ok. Also , I do get vibrations on my brake pedal, and in general, the car vibrates when stopped...Is this normal for accord with this kind of mileage?
I have winter tires, aligment and tire rotation is ok, recently done.
One thing to note is that the car was rearended ,but only small damage($500)
Please if you have any suggestions or solutions it would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You

I would check the motor mounts. The rubber that dampens the vibrations may be cracked.
