01 6-disc changer problem??

Default 01 6-disc changer problem??
My changer won't let me put a cd in it. When I push the load button, the screen reads "ERR." My dealer has no clue, they would have to "send it out" to be looked at? ANYONE have a suggestion??PLEASE HELP
