02 accord drivers side seat manual tilt fix

Default 02 accord drivers side seat manual tilt fix
Hello all I just bought a 02 accord and the driver seat manual tilt is broken anyone know where to start to fix this? Thanks to all

The latch part or the part on the "pillar"? Are you getting an SRS code/light.

When I pull the side level the seat back will not move

The recliner slide may need to be replaced. #8 in diagram.
