Default '02 accord headlight adjustment problem

Hello all,

I've joined a couple forums trying to resolve this issue.
I've tried to adjust the lights on an '02 accord coupe but they will not stay aimed straight. Both of the beams work their way back down to where you have to use high beams just to see. I havent had much time to look closer at the problem. Is there an easy fix to this or will the whole assembly need to be replaced? They will rise when you turn the bolt/adjustment screw but go back down with driving.

Take the adjustment bolt out, just like you're removing any other bolt and apply Loctite Blue thread locker on all the last inch of the threads or so and adjust the lights, then let the thread locker dry.

Yeah, I've never tried it, but that's what came to mind. Also, if that doesn't work, wrapping the threads in teflon plumbing tape could work as well.
