Default 02 accord lx squeak when steering

So, my car has been squeaking for quite some time now everytime I turn the steering wheel either left or right. Common sense would say its just a need for more power steering fluid, but my tank is already full. I dont think it would be alright if I were to buy more PS fluid and pour some more in. What other problems could it be?

Thanks guys.

Try to pinpoint the location of the sound. It might be the PS belt squealing. Don't overtighten a bad belt, you'll just be replacing bearings soon.

Old belts get hard & slippery even if there's no other "damage".
