03' 2.4l partial thrown serpentine now won't start
My daughters 03 quit while on the interstate and I found the serpentine belt had broken about 3 grooves and started unwrapping and whipping everything under the hood. I also noticed the car would not allow me to take the car out of park initially and still won't after replacing the crankshaft sensor cable which is all I found damaged and the belt.
I checked all the fuses and don't see any blown, Her key is broken and she has it taped up but has been using it this way for a long time.
I noticed the green key indication flashes on the panel while trying to start it and don't recall my 05 doing this, but not payed much attending
Any ideas greatly appreciated.

Comparing that to my 07 Pilot, sorry the 07 Accord isn't home right now....the pCM is not "seeing" the proper key. The light should come on solid and then go off.
Call the dealer and ask them for the "e-brake over ride" code for the car......some might not give it to you over the phone, call another...and another. Once you get the code, enter it using the e-brake and see if the car starts.....if so.....sorry, time for a new key.
Just know there are aftermarket options for this. I got two key fobs online for ~$50 and found a local locksmith that cut and programmed them for another ~$50...so for around $100 I got two new/additional keys. The new to me 07 Accord only came with one, I now have three.
