There have been many reports of 7th gen Accord Navi clocks, etc. not being able to be adjusted after January 2021. This was especially true for when batteries were disconnected, or for DST changes. The fix was to wait until 1PM and then reconnect your battery, that being the only way to change the time, as 1PM was now the clocks default setting. The local Honda dealers could not fix this. Well, surprisingly in February 2022, my clock jumped two hours ahead for no reason at all. Ennhhh, what the heck, I'll go into Setup and see what's going on. I pushed the Hour - button and the Reset button. The time reverted to the correct time, and the clock is now fully functional. Go figure!

 

There was some recent software glitch with Honda Navigation units about setting the time. Sounds like they resolved the issue.
