03 accord parking lights not working
Ok so I've spent at least 4 hours straight trying to find a solution to no avail...
My parking lights shorted out in front of my face, I thought no big deal just a fuse. Well not.... I've checked every fuse under the driver side interior and under the hood. Tons of research online with nothing close to an answer.
Brake lights still work, head lights work, reverse lights work, interior lights work, and dash board lights work....

So the front marker lights, tail lights, and the license plate lights don't work? Do all the lights that do not work have a red/blk wire going to them?
Start with the 15 amp #4 fuse in the under hood fuse box. See picture below.
Double check that fuse is not blown.
The rest of the testing will require a volt meter to figure out where you are missing power, ground, or a power/ground signal.
Plug in the fuse, use the red volt meter lead on the small metal tabs on top of the fuse. Use the negative battery post as your black volt meter ground. Each metal tab on the fuse should have 12V when the key is in the II position.
Search youtube for CAR FUSES - Easy way to test them!! to see a video on how I'm suggesting to test the #4 fuse.
